Administrator - Service Operations

Reporting to the Operations Support Admin Supervisor, The Administrator - Service Operations will play an integral part in supporting our Perth Branch across a wide range of administrative and customer facing tasks.

 

This is a 3-month contract position.

 

Roster:  Mon – Fri 8.5 Hours (including paid meal breaks)

Location: Perth Precinct

 

What you’ll do:

  • Handle reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support branch operations
  • Manage merchandising and stock maintenance activities
  • Ensure quality assurance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to WesTrac policies and procedures in all administrative activities
  • Provide customer-facing support as needed

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or similar role
  • SAP experience is considered highly desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in a diverse environment
