Reporting into the Parts Supervisor, the Store person – Leading Hand, will join our Newman Branch in a Full-Time capacity. This role involves assisting with overseeing a team, completing daily tasks such as picking and packing customer orders, forklift operating and processing customer order data into the Warehouse Management Systems.
Roster: 9 days on, 5 Days Off - 11.5 hours/ day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- General Warehousing duties
- Picking/Packing & Processing Customer Order data
- Forklift Operations
- Processing orders and sourcing vendor items
- Handle orders for parts, repairs and calibrations
- Parts Interpretation
- Customer Service
- Contribute and track progress towards warehouse KPI’s
- Liaise with internal and external customers
- Freight booking and coordination
Skills & Experience:
- Forklift Licence and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role will guide you to success
- Positive attitude with great attention to detail
- Computer literacy - inclusive of MS Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with SAP (Desirable)
- Customer service experience (Desirable)
