Join Our Team as a Field Service Supervisor in Newman, Western Australia!

Look no further! We're seeking a skilled Field Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in Newman.

In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries and coordinate the assignment of field service technicians to jobs as well as utilise your people management, coordination, and planning skills to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

This opportunity provides the option to consider FIFO or Residential work arrangements which come with generous benefits that best suits the successful candidate. This includes a $20,000 commute to site allowance for FIFO or provided Housing and a Residential allowance of $30,000 for Residential.

Location:  Newman

Roster: 9 Days 5 Off 12.5hrs

To be successful the following is required: 

• Strong people management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of field service technicians.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar products and their applications.
• Coordination and planning abilities to manage service requests efficiently.
• Exceptional customer engagement skills, both over the phone and via email.
• Proficiency with software tools such as Service Link and SAP.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite for documentation and communication.
