Reporting to the Contract Manager - MARC, the Site Administrator plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive administrative support. Key responsibilities include coordinating team rosters, conducting necessary audits (Safety, Quality), and ensuring adherence to WesTrac policies and procedures. The role also involves managing site mobilisation requirements, accurately entering daily timesheets, and arranging inductions within the designated area.
Roster: FIFO 4/3 Monday to Thursday, 12.5 hours a day
Location: Murrin Murrin, FIFO ex Perth
What you’ll do:
- Ensure external items are correctly encoded onto work orders and priced accurately
- Complete all administrative tasks as directed, including work order administration through labour and service report entries
- Process orders for miscellaneous work order content, safety supplies, and site stationery inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements
- Collaborate effectively within a team and work autonomously to meet objectives
Skills and Experience:
- Highly developed administrative skills with previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
