About the role
Working from our customer site in Lake Cowal, our Parts Sales Coordinators play a key role in ensuring parts and key deliverables are organised effectively to support all business units. As the first point of contact for all customers’ parts orders, you will handle inbound order calls, process data, interpret parts requirements, and follow up on customer enquiries to meet their needs. Additionally, you will conduct regular stocktakes and assist with warehousing duties, including picking, packing, and dispatching parts.

Roster and Remuneration
- 7x7 Even Time Roster – 11.5-hour shifts
- Shift Times; 06:00AM to 18:00PM
- Delayed starts available!

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a high-level customer service role.
- An aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Intermediate computer literacy skills – MS Office and internet-based applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team members.
- Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time.
- Forklift and Drivers licence class C.
