Administrator - Service Operations

Reporting into Branch Supervisor, the Branch Administrator will join our team on a Full-time basis at our Karratha Branch. This role is responsible for processing purchase requisitions, overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, managing time capture reporting, and coordinating the mobilisation of technicians to and from sites in alignment with their rosters.

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 Hours per day (including unpaid meal break)

Location: Karratha Branch, WA

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the designated area/store/team/branch
  • Coordinate team logistics, including rosters, training matrices, audits, and compliance
  • Manage site mobilisation requirements, ensuring accurate time-sheet entries and induction processes
  • Oversee work order administration, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranty processing
  • Maintain inventory control, including safety supplies (PPE), uniforms, and departmental stationery
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments
  • Support additional tasks as required to assist various branches and locations

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Highly developed administrative skills with previous experience within a similar role 
  • Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Advanced computer literacy skills, previous SAP experience advantageous
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
