Parts Interpreter

WesTrac are looking for an engaging Parts Interpreter to join our team on a 12-month secondment at our Kalgoorlie branch.
The Parts Interpreter is accountable for receiving customer orders for Caterpillar parts and general enquiries via phone, email and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing for continued customer loyalty. This role has a strong focus on customer service, as such we are looking for someone who has a positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail and quality and compliance skills.
This role attracts a housing allowance for Kalgoorlie residents.
Location: Kalgoorlie
Roster: 9D5O 11.5hrs
To be successful the following is required:
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with experience within a similar customer service role
- Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of CAT machinery (desirable)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong skills in the MS Office Suite
- Effective communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal, active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly.
