Join our dynamic team as a Vendor Controller, reporting to the New Machines Mining Manager. In this pivotal role, you will ensure vendors are confirmed and approved to work at our New Machines site via the OnTrac contractor management system, facilitating seamless transactions between operations and vendors.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors entering the workshop for machine-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors, supervisors, and the planning team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Verify vendor compliance, including onsite permissions and up-to-date licenses.
  • Obtain quotes for purchase requisitions (PR).
  • Manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment with up to 13 active bays and multiple vendors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.

 

Location:  South Guildford, WA

Roster: 5/2 10.5hrs (Permanent Full-Time)

 

Previous Experience We Find Successful in This Role: 

  • Proven experience in high-volume mobilisation.
  • Site administration experience with high-volume tasks.
  • Background in warehouse logistics administration.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills to handle a demanding role.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple supervisors and stakeholders.
