Roster: 5 On, 2 Off – 2 weeks dayshift 2 weeks nightshift – 10 hrs/day

 

About the Role

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you’ll join our Large Engines Department at South Guildford. This is your chance to work alongside highly skilled tradespeople, supporting the rebuild of engine components that drive performance and reliability.

 

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Assisting tradespeople with engine component rebuilds.
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks like cleaning parts.
  • Organizing the workshop for smooth operations.
  • Ensuring materials are available for efficient workflow.

 

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience as a Trade Assistant in a mechanical setting.
  • Forklift License (essential), Dogging ticket (desired).
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with safety tools like Job Safety Analysis and Take 5’s.
