Reporting into the HSEQ Systems Supervisor, the Team Coordinator will join our Safety, Security and Risk team based at our South Guildford, WA office.

 

This role provides high-level administrative support, ensures data integrity across national systems, and coordinates wellbeing initiatives in WA.

 

Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)

Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract ending approximately April 2026

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide executive-level support to the General Manager and HSEQ team, including calendar, travel and meeting coordination
  • Maintain and improve data accuracy across OnTrac, ChemAlert, and Cell Media systems; act as the primary contact for system support
  • Collate and report safety statistics to internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep HSEQ documents current, organised, and accessible via the WesTrac Document Management System
  • Manage administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, invoices, purchase orders, expense claims and staff mobilisation
  • Coordinate HSEQ meetings, training sessions, and wellbeing events, ensuring logistics and materials are in place
  • Support emergency response by fulfilling key responsibilities when the Incident or Crisis Management Team is activated

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication, organisational, and planning skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and in a team
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
  • High level of confidentiality and emergency response support
