We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Campaign Coordinator to join our Recruitment team and support the delivery of alternative pathway campaigns across Western Australia. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager for Trades and Operations, this role will be based at our Corporate Head Office in Guildford, working alongside a supportive, high-performing team that values people, innovation and continuous improvement.
This role provides specialist support across attraction, sourcing, assessment and selection for apprenticeships, Caterpillar Technician Academy campaigns, school-based programs, traineeships and early career pipelines. Working closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, hiring leaders and People & Culture stakeholders, you will deliver defined campaign plans, support consistent selection practices and help maintain a strong employer brand across early career markets.
What You Will Do:

Deliver recruitment campaigns across apprenticeships, traineeships, school-based programs and early career pipelines.

Coordinate assessment centres, interviews and selection activities in line with agreed recruitment frameworks.

Support sourcing and pipeline activity to build future workforce capability.

Coordinate school engagement, career expos and early career events.

Develop event briefing materials, key messages and promotional resources.

Build relationships with schools, training providers, community partners, leaders and internal stakeholders.

Monitor campaign activity, pipeline health and recruitment outcomes to support continuous improvement.

Provide backup support to Recruiters with labour hire recruitment activity in line with agreed business processes.
What You'll Bring

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or campaign coordination, ideally across apprenticeships, traineeships, early careers, pathway programs or high-volume recruitment.

Confidence coordinating interviews, assessment centres and structured selection activities while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Strong planning, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to coach leaders and connect with diverse groups.

The ability to manage competing priorities, work to agreed recruitment frameworks and contribute to a consistent, high-quality hiring experience.
