WesTrac is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Resourcing Solutions team in revolutionising and supporting our hiring strategies.

Location: South Guildford, WA

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days

What You'll Do:

• Innovate Recruitment: Design and implement cutting-edge strategies, leveraging data analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate & Align: Work closely with People and Culture, Hiring Managers, and leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with business goals and boost our employer brand with marketing.
• Network & Promote: Represent WesTrac at expos and career events, building our brand and talent pool
• Mentor & Coach: Guide the Recruitment Solutions Team on best practices and proactive searching.
• Report & Analyse: Provide insightful reports and trend analysis to senior management.
• Global Sourcing: Support international sourcing strategies and manage our talent pipeline.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in a senior talent acquisition role, with a focus on scaling hiring strategies (local, nationally and global).
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence across all levels
• Self-driven with the ability to think strategically and implement tactfully
• Proven experience utilising data and trends to influence future recruitment needs.
• Strong organisation and time management skills along with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in candidate research and sourcing leveraging tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
