Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in supporting WesTrac’s cutting-edge business applications? Join us as a Systems Analyst and be the frontline hero in resolving critical support issues!

 

Location: South Guildford, WA

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days

 

What you’ll do:

  • Primary Support: Respond to business queries and helpdesk tickets for WesTrac’s non-SAP applications (DBSi, COTS, cloud, and on-premise applications)
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other WesTrac business systems
  • Support & Issue Resolution: Prioritise and deliver support, resolving issues efficiently
  • Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with third-party providers to address and resolve issues
  • Implementation & Support: Assist the Business Solutions Lead in implementing and supporting new business applications

 

To be successful within the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field; OR significant industry experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role with large corporate business systems
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar Dealer Business System (DBSi) and related business processes
  • IBMi systems support experience (desirable)
  • Effective vendor engagement skills with the ability to facilitate and drive proceedings through system resolution and changes
  • Demonstrated ability to work within an environment of competing priorities with strict deadlines and the capacity to share knowledge within the team
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
