Supervisor - Project Support

Our Project Support Group (PSG) is on the lookout for a dynamic Metro Supervisor to join our Guildford PDC team. In this role, you’ll lead and support labour hire, product support advisors, and warranty support, while providing technical

maintenance insights and continuous improvement for site work teams.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Daily management and leadership of the team
  • Remote troubleshooting and maintenance support for Heavy CAT equipment
  • Assist with technical documentation and maintenance improvements
  • Manage service work orders and warranty process
  • Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with safety and risk management protocols

 

Location: South Guildford, WA
Roster: 5/2, 10.5-hour days (Monday to Friday) – Permanent Full-Time

 

This is a full-time position based out at our head office in South Guildford however flexibility to travel to site as necessary is required.

 

What you bring:

  • Field Service or Supervisory experience with a HD Trade background
  • Previous OEM Dealership & Mine site experience (desirable)
  • Strong commitment to safety and risk management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office, internet-based applications)
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
