Are you ready to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact on workplace safety? WesTrac has an opportunity for a Senior HSE Advisor to lead and drive our Regional Health and Safety team!

 

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days

Location: South Guildford, WA

Term: Approximately 12-month Fixed-Term (ending March 2026)

 

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional HSE services to frontline WA leaders.
  • Coach, mentor, and train HSE Advisors in providing exceptional HSE support.
  • Provide incident investigation support to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead impactful HSE initiatives that support our safety goals
  • Generate, analyse and provide recommendations to key stakeholders from HSE performance reports.
  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively to achieve business goals.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma of Work Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years as a HSE Advisor and experience in leading teams
  • Advanced time management and organisational abilities.
  • Previous experience developing resources and facilitating training to a large and diverse group
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HSE technical tools.
  • Experience with ICAM or similar methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of the legal framework  and proven ability to interpret and apply these to business operations
