Are you ready to take on a hands-on, varied, and engaging role? WesTrac is seeking a dedicated SAP Finance Specialist to be the central point of contact for SAP functional expertise.

 

You'll tackle SAP-related issues, systems, processes, and data for Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and integrated processes, including Ariba and Concur.

 

Location: South Guildford, WA

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the go-to expert for SAP Finance solution expertise, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Drive and prioritise enhancements, issue resolution, and support through planning, development and implementation phases.
  • Support and enhance integration between the SAP business suite and other WesTrac business applications.
  • Formulate and document business requirements with sound analytical skills to deliver system specifications and solutions.
  • Engage effectively with key business stakeholders and vendors to facilitate and drive system resolutions and changes.
  • Manage competing priorities with strict deadlines, sharing knowledge within the team.
  • Utilise financial acumen to drive continuous improvement and implement impactful projects.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in in a similar Systems Accountant or Functional Analyst role with large corporate business solutions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ERP Finance, Controlling, and Procurement processes.
  • Strong experience in implementing and supporting ERP Finance solutions.
  • Sound analytical skills to deliver actionable business requirements and system specifications.
  • Effective engagement and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a quick learner of new technologies.
