Reporting to the People Services Manager as the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a high standard of customer service while providing essential administrative support and representing WesTrac in a professional and welcoming manner.

Roster:  Monday – Friday 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks) 

Location: South Guildford

 

What you’ll do: 

 

  • Welcome and register visitors, issue passes, and ensure security sign-in compliance
  • Provide general admin support (filing, document processing, office supplies)
  • Manage mail, correspondence, and reception enquiries (phone/email)
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, including VIMS/SAP and supplier expenses
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and team service awards

 

 

Skills and Experience:  

 

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable, not essential)
  • Strong communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Highly organised with sound judgement, professionalism, and ability to manage competing priorities
