Reporting into the People Services Manager, the Receptionist will join our People Services Department on a fixed-term contract basis.

 

This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting the People Services team with administrative and helpdesk tasks.

 

Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour days (including meal break)

Type: Fixed-term contract until October 2025

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide professional front desk reception, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls and emails
  • Monitor and respond efficiently to People Services Helpdesk requests
  • Perform general administrative support including document archiving, data entry, and invoice processing
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and manage office supplies
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and meeting room bookings

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to create a welcoming and professional first impression
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
