Looking for your next move within WesTrac? We’re on the hunt for an RTO Specialist to join our People & Culture team and help keep our training operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

 

Reporting to the RTO Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Registered Training Organisation—keeping things organised, compliant, and running like clockwork.

 

No two days will look the same—whether you’re coordinating apprentice training schedules, supporting audits, or working with stakeholders across the business, you’ll be at the centre of it all.

 

Location:  South Guildford

Roster:  Mon-Fri 8.5 hours per day (including lunch break)

 

What you will be doing:

  • Keeping training schedules on track (and getting creative when plans change!)
  • Managing systems and documentation to support RTO compliance
  • Supporting audits and reporting requirements
  • Being the go-to for RTO and apprenticeship queries
  • Working with trainers, leaders, and external partners
  • Driving improvements in how we do things

 

What you will bring:

  • Experience in an RTO or training environment
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of VET compliance (or the ability to pick it up quickly!)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence working with systems and stakeholders
