We are seeking a motivated and experienced RTO Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Registered Training Organisation in South Guildford!

 

Reporting to the RTO Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the effective daily operation and compliance of our RTO in delivering exceptional outcomes to employees and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be required to respond to all frontline requests and queries related to RTO and Apprenticeship training, provide solutions and advice around student support and progress, and monitor the inbox for RTO related matters while promptly and efficiently actioning requests.

 

Additionally, the role will involve maintaining training and assessment resources and other documentation to meet regulators’ requirements, as well as participating in continuous improvement and tracking of administrative processes within the RTO and training functions.

 

This position will be starting on a part-time basis working 32 hours per week, with the vison to move into a full-time capacity once FY25 commences.

 

Location: WesTrac Institute, South Guildford

 

About You: 

  • Working knowledge of the VET sector and RTO operations
  • Experience in using a Training Management System and previous exposure working within an RTO/Training Environment
  • Ability to provide administrative support while providing leadership guidance
  • Highly developed organisation and prioritising skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
