Reporting to the Business Unit Manager – Digger & Drill Services, the Project Supervisor will lead and mentor our team of FIFO Project technicians. The Project Supervisor will provide leadership and support to a team of technicians, partnering with customers to scope, price, plan, and execute Digger and Drill shutdowns, as well as new machine deliveries and machine relocations.

 

 

Roster:  8days on 6days off, 12.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal break)

Location: Based out of our Guildford HQ and travel to site as required

 

 

What you’ll do

  • Exciting opportunity to coach and develop a team to support large mining shovels (>200T) and blast hole drills across multiple OEMs across Western Australia.
  • Regular site visits to build lasting customer relationships
  • Supervisor will provide on-site leadership for technicians to ensure safe and on-time execution.
  • Based out of our Guildford HQ and travel to site as required.

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills as a supervisor.
  • Previous experience within Field Service or shutdown environment, as well as mine site experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude in Digger and Drill equipment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to site as required.
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships.
  • OEM dealership experience is advantageous.
