Procurement Services Supervisor

Reporting into National Procurement Manager, the Procurement Services Supervisor will join on a full-time permanent basis at our South Guildford location.

 

This newly created role leads a small team which provides support services to the Procurement Team, WesTrac team members engaging in source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes, and WesTrac suppliers for non-Cat goods and services.

 

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the Procurement Concierge as the first contact for team support.
  • Oversee all team reporting (SAP BW, Ariba, PowerBI) and refresh Business Intelligence (BI).
  • Act as the primary contact for audit and compliance activities.
  • Maintain the Procurement Team Governance Framework and manage documentation.
  • Oversee new vendor request management and ensure due-diligence.
  • Ensure timely and accurate vendor enablement and master data maintenance.
  • Lead contractor request management, including licence and scope validation.
  • Identify and collate Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities for the team.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience leading and managing a team in supply chain/procurement.
  • Advanced knowledge and ‘Super User’ experience with Ariba S2C and SAP P2P.
  • Good knowledge of SAP BW, Ariba, and PowerBI reporting.
  • Experience overseeing key controls for procurement governance and compliance.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organising skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Finance, or related fields (Desirable).
