Procurement Services Officer

Reporting to the Procurement Services Supervisor, the Procurement Services Officer is the first point of contact for procurement support and plays a key role in vendor administration, compliance reporting, system management, and continuous improvement. This role helps ensure procurement processes, controls, data, and documentation remain accurate, compliant, and effective across the business.

 

Department Overview: WesTrac Corporate Division – Finance – Procurement Services – South Guildford Head Office

 

Roster – 5 Days, 5.5 Hrs/Day (Including Meal Break)

 

What You'll Do:

  • Provide first-line support for procurement enquiries and shared mailboxes.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, due diligence, maintenance and offboarding.
  • Maintain vendor records and support SAP and Ariba administration.
  • Prepare compliance, performance and regulatory reporting.
  • Administer procurement documents, records and controlled templates.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

 

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with SAP Procure-to-Pay processes and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM, FI, vendor master data and procurement systems.
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365; SAP Ariba experience highly regarded.
