People and Culture Partner

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager the People & Culture Business Partner will play a key role in delivering strategic and operational HR support across the organisation. We are seeking a proactive HR professional who thrives on partnering with leaders, driving organisational change, and using data to influence business decisions.

As a trusted Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen employee engagement, drive workforce planning initiatives, and ensure people practices align with organisational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives across the Regional portfolio
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation
  • Lead and support organisational change, workforce planning, and culture initiatives through continuous improvement practices
  • Analyse people data and HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Support remuneration reviews, reward programs, and benefits initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain compliant and effective
  • Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
  • Utilise HRIS and reporting tools to maintain data integrity and support decision-making
  • Contribute to organisational design and development projects
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to leaders and key stakeholders

 

About You

 

You are a commercially minded HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.

  • 5-8 years' HR experience in a Business Partner, People & Culture, Senior Advisor, or similar role
  • Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Strong capability across employee relations, investigations, organisational change, and workforce planning
  • Experience using HRIS, reporting tools, and people analytics to support decision-making
  • Proven ability to coach, influence, and challenge leaders at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Business Partner title not essential; broad HR experience and impact are key.
