Our People and Culture Business Partners are the face of the department. They collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop people plans which aim at advancing business objectives, leveraging data from various mediums  to inform tailored strategies for each business unit.

 

The Business Partners work alongside the Centre’s of Excellence to ensure strategic alignment with business needs, while also communicating key people activities year-round and steering the business through cyclical events.

 

Location:  South Guildford, WA

Roster: Monday – Friday 8hrs

 

To be successful the following is required: 

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Previous experience within Human Resources in a senior operational role
  • Experience in engaging with senior leaders
  • Strong communication and influencing skills - written, verbal and interpersonal and across multiple levels
  • Ability to set priorities and achieve deadlines within a fast-paced environment
