People Services Officer

Reporting into the People Services Manager, the People Services Officer will join our team on 12-month fixed term at our South Guildford, WA location.

 

This role is primarily responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and accurate transactional services across the employee lifecycle.

 

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hour days (including meal break)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, offboarding, and changes to employment
  • Generate employment contracts, variation letters, and other required documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (SuccessFactors) with a high level of accuracy
  • Respond to queries from employees and leaders regarding processes and systems
  • Support payroll processing through timely and accurate data entry
  • Assist with reporting and data extraction for compliance and business insights
  • Coordinate learning and development administration, including training records and enrolments
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legislative requirements through accurate documentation and record-keeping

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience in a Shared Services or high-volume HR administration environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with interpreting Awards and employment legislation
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or currently undertaking HR studies (desirable)
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Performance & Goals (highly desirable)
