Warehouse Supervisor

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Warehouse to ensure daily volume, ongoing performances and business objectives are completed on time, within budget and to the highest safety standard. The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for leading several Team Leaders across various areas of the Warehouse and undertaking the identification and implementation of strategic and continuous improvement initiatives within the Warehouse and drives the acceptance of change, whilst ensuring engagement of team members regarding the change.
Location: Guildford PDC
Roster: 4Days3Off Wednesday – Saturday 10.5 Hours per day
To be successful the following is required:
- Hold Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Warehousing & Logistics.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels through written, verbal, and interpersonal means.
- 5+ years’ management experience within logistics and warehousing operations
- Ability to engage, support & effectively manage a team of 30+ personnel
- Dedicated focus on providing good quality customer service
- Excellent planning and organising skills
