Warehouse Supervisor - Nightshift

Are you passionate about logistics and team leadership? We’re looking for a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily operations and drive excellence in our warehouse.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve targets, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
  • Enhance productivity and service standards while engaging with internal teams and customers
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring, identifying training needs and development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, monitor performance, and drive improvements
  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities

 

Location: Guildford PDC

Roster: Nightshift only, Wednesday – Saturday, 10.5 hours per shift

 

To be successful the following is required:

  • Previous experience in Logistics or Warehouse Operations, coupled with experience in a leadership role
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Warehousing & Logistics (desirable, not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and Lean Warehousing Principles
  • Excellent planning, organising, and decision-making skills
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement and change management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Safety Systems (COR) and WHS Legislation
  • Experience in the Mining and Construction industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
