Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisor the Store person will join our Parts Distribution Centre on a Fulltime basis at our Guildford Location. This role involves consolidating, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch. Working in a fast-paced environment, team members ensure freight is packaged safely, accurately and efficiently while meeting carrier deadlines and maintaining compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements.

About Parts Distribution Warehouse (PDC)

Our 24/7 PDC holds 75K Cat® product lines, shipping 300K lines/month. We use the DEMATIC system for 18K+ small parts, and provide rack and yard storage, hose-building, parts inspection, REMAN, pick-packing, and customer pickups with multiple Warehouse Management Systems for accurate deliveries.

Roster: Sunday to Wednesday, 6am to 6pm, 12 hours per shift (including meal break) every 2nd Wednesday off

What You’ll Do:

  • Consolidate orders and prepare freight for dispatch
  • Pack, wrap, strap and label cartons and pallets for transport.
  • Operate packaging equipment, including pallet wrappers.
  • Complete dispatch transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor dispatch priorities and ensure carrier cut-off times are met.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve freight, order or packing issues.

Skills & Experience:

  • Good manual handling techniques
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously with effective communication skills
  • Computer literacy – including MS Suite
  • Positive attitude with great attention to detail
  • Warehousing experience (desired)
