Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisor, the Store person will join our Parts Distribution Centre on a Fulltime basis at our Guildford Location. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our Customer Pick Up team, responsible for loading customer vehicles including vans, utes, and small trucks. This role involves direct interaction with customers, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

About Parts Distribution Warehouse (PDC)

Our 24/7 PDC holds 75K Cat® product lines, shipping 300K lines/month. We use the DEMATIC system for 18K+ small parts, and provide rack and yard storage, hose-building, parts inspection, REMAN, pick-packing, and customer pickups with multiple Warehouse Management Systems for accurate deliveries.

Roster: Sunday to Wednesday, 12 Hours per day (including meal break)

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate forklifts to load customer vehicles.
• Wrap and strap items securely for transport.
• Ensure efficient and accurate loading of various vehicle types.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers during vehicle loading.

 Skills & Experience:

• Forklift Licence and experience
• Capable of performing duties in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good manual handling techniques
• Computer literacy – including MS Suite
