Reporting to the Standard Jobs Manager, the Standard Jobs Officer will join our team on a Full-time basis at our South Guildford location. This role involves utilising your technical knowledge of Earthmoving equipment to quote and analyse job costs, accurately estimate resources needed for pricing development, and ensure compliance with WesTrac's Quality Assurance policies

Roster: Monday to Friday 8.5 hours (including meal breaks)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Utilise Dealer Business Systems to estimate resources required for standard job development.
  • Collaborate with a various internal/external stakeholders
  • Adapt Caterpillar Files to meet WesTrac standards.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for current work practices.
  • Manage and Maintain information on all Standard Jobs Platforms.
  • Adhere to all WesTrac safety protocols.

Skills & Experience:

  • Heavy Vehicle Trade Certificate Qualification or equivalent (Desired)
  • Experience in equipment, component, parts and service maintenance and cost
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
  • In depth knowledge on Caterpillar products (Desired)
  • Previous use on WesTrac and Caterpillar systems such as SIS and DBS (Desired)
  • Advanced Computer Literacy skills - Microsoft Office & internet-based applications
