Sales Lead - Kitting: Resource Industries

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sales Lead to join our dynamic Component Exchange Team on a full-time basis at our Guildford Branch. This newly created role is your opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll be at the forefront of:

  • Identifying market opportunities and leading the setup of new kitting solutions
  • Collaborating with customers to deliver tailored, high-value outcomes
  • Forecasting and capacity planning to ensure seamless operations
  • Developing long-term supply strategies that drive efficiency and innovation

 

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for achieving kitting revenue targets, driving the sales team focus and resolving customer issues
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to determine new product offerings, demand and capacity
  • Monitor our kitting operations metrics to ensure efficient delivery and cost recovery.
  • Recommend and lead cross-department continuous improvements
  • Create and maintain customer focused documentation for high quality deliverables and customer satisfaction

 

 

Skills & Experience:

Required

  • Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft tools, MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Communications skills, with proven presentation, written and verbal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

Desirable

  • Fleet & Component Asset management skills
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with aspects of process improvement and change management
  • Trade Certificate or other tertiary qualifications
