Sales Lead - Kitting: Resource Industries
Guildford PDC, WA, AU
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sales Lead to join our dynamic Component Exchange Team on a full-time basis at our Guildford Branch. This newly created role is your opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll be at the forefront of:
- Identifying market opportunities and leading the setup of new kitting solutions
- Collaborating with customers to deliver tailored, high-value outcomes
- Forecasting and capacity planning to ensure seamless operations
- Developing long-term supply strategies that drive efficiency and innovation
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for achieving kitting revenue targets, driving the sales team focus and resolving customer issues
- Collaborate across multiple teams to determine new product offerings, demand and capacity
- Monitor our kitting operations metrics to ensure efficient delivery and cost recovery.
- Recommend and lead cross-department continuous improvements
- Create and maintain customer focused documentation for high quality deliverables and customer satisfaction
Skills & Experience:
Required
- Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills
- Ability to use Microsoft tools, MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Communications skills, with proven presentation, written and verbal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
Desirable
- Fleet & Component Asset management skills
- Basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with aspects of process improvement and change management
- Trade Certificate or other tertiary qualifications
