Sales Execution Supervisor
Guildford PDC, WA, AU
Reporting to the New Machine Sales Execution Manager, the Sales Execution Supervisor will join our team for a maximum 15-month fixed-term period until September 2026 at our South Guildford, WA location.
This role involves overseeing the seamless delivery of new machines from factory order to customer delivery.
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop the Sales Execution team.
- Ensure timely delivery of new machine orders.
- Track machine progress and adhere to delivery plans.
- Coordinate price build-ups and cost estimations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient delivery.
- Manage invoicing, merchandising claims, and margin analysis.
- Maintain delivery forecasts and manage slippages.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
