Sales Execution Supervisor

Reporting to the New Machine Sales Execution Manager, the Sales Execution Supervisor will join our team for a maximum 15-month fixed-term period until September 2026 at our South Guildford, WA location.

 

This role involves overseeing the seamless delivery of new machines from factory order to customer delivery.

 

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days (including meal break)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop the Sales Execution team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of new machine orders.
  • Track machine progress and adhere to delivery plans.
  • Coordinate price build-ups and cost estimations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient delivery.
  • Manage invoicing, merchandising claims, and margin analysis.
  • Maintain delivery forecasts and manage slippages.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
