Reporting to the Sales Execution Supervisor, The New Machine Sales Coordinator is responsible for the co-ordination and administration of new machine orders from contract review through to delivery.

The New Machine Sales Coordinator will be required to consult and communicate with cross-functional teams and may specialise according to market segmentation or machine group.

This role is also responsible for ensuring that cost estimates (including program credits) and actuals are analysed and reported with minimal variance to quoted as an objective. The role is critical in ensuring machine revenue is recognised and deal profitability is analysed accurately.

 

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days

Type: Full Time Permanent (x1) & 15-month Fixed Term Contract (x1)

 

Permanent Role: Perth Airport Precinct

Fixed-Term Role: Guildford PDC

 

To be successful the following is required: 

 

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the Earthmoving and Heavy Equipment Industry.
  • Strong background in using accounting, ERP, and software packages.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with intermediate computer literacy skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent consultation and negotiation skills, capable of building positive relationships and collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Superior organisational skills, adept at managing fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to meet tight deadlines.
