New Machine Sales Execution Supervisor

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team? We are looking for a Sales Execution Supervisor to join our Resource Industries New Machine Sales Execution team. In this role, you will oversee the seamless delivery of new machines from factory order to customer delivery.

 

Location: South Guildford, WA

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Execution team, providing career development and succession planning opportunities.
  • Oversee Customer Orders to Delivery Cycle: Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Delivery in Full On Time (DIFOT) of new machine orders, from factory to customer.
  • Monitor Machine Milestones: Track and monitor machine progress from factory order to delivery, ensuring adherence to committed delivery plans.
  • Accurate Cost Estimations: Coordinate critical tasks in the quote cycle, on time and accurate completion of price build-ups and cost estimations for New Machine Quotes and standard template packages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Consult and communicate with cross-functional teams to maximise delivery efficiency and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Invoice and Merchandising Claims Management: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to meet delivery timeframes, review cost estimates, manage merchandising claims and conduct margin analysis.
  • Delivery Forecast and Sales Performance: Maintain and update delivery forecasts, manage slippages, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to support team goals.

 

To be successful the following is required: 

  • A self-starter who can lead by example, inspire their team, and continuously seek ways to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Understanding of financial principles, including cost estimation, forecasting and margin analysis.
  • Commitment to delivering a positive customer experience, with a focus on meeting customer needs and expectations.
  • Ability to set clear goals, develop strategic plans, and guide the team towards achieving them
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to assess situations, consider alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
