About the Role:

Reporting into the Aftermarket Manager, the Rebuilds Specialist will join our Aftermarket Team on a Full-time basis at our Guildford Branch. This role involves being responsible for driving growth in parts and service revenue through strategic aftermarket initiatives. This includes developing tailored rebuild solutions, component assurance, collaborating with internal teams and Caterpillar, and supporting sales teams to deliver customer satisfaction and reduce operating and ownership costs.

 

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of rebuild strategies to deliver parts & services growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, continuous improvement initiatives to deliver lowest ownership costs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customer-facing teams on new products and solutions.
  • Partner with Caterpillar and internal teams to implement merchandising programs and capture growth opportunities.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in OEM or related industries, with a background in project delivery, account management, or technical sales.
  • Strong business acumen with deep product and industry knowledge, particularly in mining and construction, including Caterpillar products
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across all levels
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to details and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, presenting, and engaging with customers at various organisational levels
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to apply critical thinking, analysis and identify continuous improvement opportunities
