Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Reporting to the General Manager Mining, we're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Personal Assistant to support the GM and senior managers within the Mining Sales team.
Location: South Guildford, WA
Roster: 4 days on 3 days off - 8.5 hour days
What You’ll Do:
- High-Level Support: Be the backbone of our Mining Sales team, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch efficiency.
- Organisation & Proactiveness: Take initiative and be pre-emptive by anticipating needs and addressing them promptly.
- Professional Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment.
- Diverse Responsibilities: From managing calendars and screening calls to preparing documents and organising events, no two days are the same!
- Collaborative Environment: Foster a successful team atmosphere and facilitate clear communication across the business.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost care, maintaining trust and integrity.
- Travel Coordination: Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless journeys for our executives.
To be successful the following is required:
- Significant proven experience in a corporate environment, including administrative support at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- Robust ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
- Strong ability to prioritise, forward plan, and manage fluctuating workloads with attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and influence to achieve optimal outcomes.
- A resilient, can-do attitude that thrives in pressurised environments.
- Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
