Operational Excellence Analyst

Reporting into Operational Excellence Manager, the Operational Excellence Analyst will join our team at our South Guildford head office. This role involves meticulously analysing performance metrics, resulting in the delivery of actionable insights to relevant stakeholders across all tiers of the business.

 

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days (including meal break)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Program Management: Manage key programs (TSP, CIP, OLGA)
  • Data Analytics: Analyse customer and market data to meet business objectives
  • Reporting: Use Power BI for key metrics and KPIs to support business goals
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to provide relevant and timely information
  • Live the Values: Uphold SPARC values through actions, behaviours, and decisions

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science or equivalent paired with 2-3 years post qualification experience; OR significant industry experience
  • Previous experience utilising Power BI is essential
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform products
  • Demonstrated analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
