Onboarding Specialist

Reporting into Digital Engagement Manager, the Onboarding Specialist will join our Digital team on a Full-Time basis at our Guildford Head Office.

 

Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 Hours per day (including meal break)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the digital onboarding process for new and existing clients to help WesTrac exceed Cat Digital Excellence goals and meet customer satisfaction and loyalty expectations.
  • Manage the digital onboarding workspace to monitor progress and track status of machine and customer onboarding as well as digital authorisation.
  • Ensure strong knowledge of Cat brand requirements is maintained and that brand standards are applied throughout all channels.
  • Build effective working relationships and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders including Sales
  • Product Support, Marketing, and other areas to drive optimisation of the national onboarding process.
  • Provide timely and accurate digital product support through presentations, updated web content through various online content management systems and accurate business system updates.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer service or customer experience role.
  • Strong aptitude for digital customer engagement tools and methodologies.
  • Well-developed project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues.
  • Highly developed attention to detail.
