Marketing Specialist

Reporting to the Marketing Supervisor, the Marketing Specialist will be based in our South Guildford office on a full-time, fixed-term contract (6–12 months).

 

The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing solutions that positively impact revenue, including driving adoption of our eCommerce platform, Parts.Cat.Com, and other aftermarket services. 

 

Roster:  Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)

Type: 6-12 month fixed-term contract 

Location: South Guildford  

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing solutions 
  • Increase eCommerce adoption, including Parts.Cat.Com 
  • Develop & execute multi-channel campaigns and lead generation strategies 
  • Coordinate and execute events that engage with customers and build brand awareness 
  • Align marketing efforts with business goals using market analysis 
  • Optimise marketing programs with agencies to ensure strong ROMI 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling customer-focused content 
  • Nurture customer relationships through the full lifecycle—from prospect to loyal customer 

 

Skills and Experience:  

  • Qualification in Marketing or Communications 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) with strong creative skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with keen attention to detail 
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer literacy, including the full MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Teams) 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team 
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities, capable of managing workload and prioritising tasks efficiently
