Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Sales & Distribution Manager, the Customer Service Representative will join our Guildford Customer Service Centre on a permanent part‑time basis. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality service to internal and external customers, identifying parts requirements, ensuring timely delivery of goods, processing credits and core and warranty returns, and recognising potential sales opportunities using core system tools.

 

Roster – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 11:30AM – 5:30PM, 6Hrs / Day

 

What You'll Do:

  • Provide professional, high quality customer service across phone, email and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer issues using strong problem solving and conflict management skills – with confidence
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external customers at all levels
  • Work between multiple systems and digital tools efficiently to support positive customer outcomes
