Customer Service Representative
Guildford PDC, WA, AU
Reporting into CPU Sales and Distribution Manager, the Customer Service Representative will join our team on a Fixed-term basis at our Guildford Branch. This role involves being the point of contact for all customer parts ordering and collection interactions, ensuring that a consistently high level of customer service is provided at all times.
Roster: Monday – Friday with one Tuesday - Saturday every 5 weeks
What You’ll Do:

Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Engage with customers using basic knowledge of DBSi and WMS systems.

Assist customers in identifying their needs and requirements.

Ensure prompt and accurate:

Delivery of goods
-
Receipting of credits
-
Processing of core and warranty returns
-
Identify and report potential leads and business opportunities.

Maintain a professional and helpful presence within the CSC environment
Skills & Experience:
-
A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service or similar role

Computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet-based applications

Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
-
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities, enabling you to build and maintain successful working relationships.

Capable of working effectively both as part of a team and independently.

Conflict resolution skills and demonstrated experience in navigating challenging situations

Good problem-solving skills with the ability to ask the right questions to understand and resolve problems to ensure customer requirements (internal/external) are fulfilled

Demonstrated high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
