Reporting to the CPU Sales & Distribution Manager, the Customer Service Representative is accountable for being the customer conduit in the final process of the parts supply chain. This role involves being the point of contact for all customer parts ordering and collection interactions, ensuring that a consistently high level of customer service is provided at all times.
The Customer Service Representative will be required to effectively handle and provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. They will engage customers with basic DBSi and WMS knowledge to assist with identifying their requirements, providing prompt service in the delivery of goods, receipting of credits, and processing of core and warranty returns. Additionally, the role involves identifying leads and opportunities within the Guildford CSC.
Location: South Guildford PDC, Perth
Roster: Monday - Friday with one Saturday per month (Full Time Position)
To be successful the following is required:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service or similar role
- Computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities, enabling you to build and maintain successful working relationships.
- Capable of working effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Conflict resolution skills and demonstrated experience in navigating challenging situations
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to ask the right questions to understand and resolve problems to ensure customer requirements (internal/external) are fulfilled
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
