Component Exchange Coordinator

Reporting to the Component Sales Supervisor, the Component Exchange Coordinator will provide outstanding customer service, as the primary point of contact for WesTrac Parts Exchange (PEX) component sales to internal and external customers.
To maintain efficient supply chain management, the Component Exchange Coordinator will build and maintain effective relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders to exceed customers’ expectations driving increased growth of WesTrac component sales.
Location: South Guildford, WA
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days

Skills and Experience we find successful:
- Previous Customer Service experience in a sales or service environment
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, to provide common understanding with site teams and workshop operations
- Solutions focused, with demonstrated and proactive problem-solving abilities, with high level of attention to detail, specifically with managing high value transactions
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with parts sales process and / or logistics best practice
- Strong Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, inventory management and warehousing systems.
- Diploma in Supply Chain / Inventory Management / Business Management is considered highly desirable
