An exciting opportunity for this parental leave cover for approximately 12 months is now available for a Commercial and Contracts Analyst to join our team in South Guildford.

 

Reporting to the Commercial and Contracts Manager, the Commercial and Contracts Analyst will play a supporting but important role for ensuring governance is applied to contract management and driving compliance to contractual deliverables.

 

With a collaborative style and engaging approach, the successful candidate will build and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of commercial and contractual matters. The Commercial and Contracts Analyst will be accountable for ensuring that commercial best practice is adhered to at all times, with appropriate policies, procedures and due diligence applied to sales contracting activity.

 

Location:  South Guildford, WA

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours (including lunch break)

Parental Leave Cover – Approximately 12 Months

 

What you will do:

  • Maintain Gatekeeper controls over contract-specific run lists for assigned contract portfolio through regular compliance reviews and escalation of non-compliances where appropriate.
  • Manage and monitor effective DOA and LP system controls and compliance to ensure proper governance and financial delegation are exercised by relevant stakeholders of the sales and business units.
  • Maintenance of the DOA LP system and the DOA scorecard to drive continuous improvement in contracting processes and disciplines.
  • Governance and administration of rise & fall price adjustment notifications and loyalty program notifications.
  • Commercial and administrative support to the manager and the Commercial team for customers’ compliance with company policies, standards and procedures for customer prequalification questionnaires and third-party compliance platforms, tender documents and RFQ´s.
  • General administrative support on ad hoc tasks and meeting coordination.

 

Skills and Experience

 

  • Degree qualification in Commerce or equivalent minimum 5 years of contract administration experience.
  • Experience with business analytics for reporting on key financial and commercial contractual obligations in the contract repository of the Gatekeeper system.
  • Relevant demonstrated experience in contract administration with an in-depth understanding and appreciation of commercial, financial and contracting principles for contract metrics, deliverables, and commercial performance will be highly regarded.
  • Effective stakeholder relationship management and professional approach with experience building internal and external networks to foster positive relationships and collaborative solutions.
  • Ability to successfully work within a team and autonomously
  • Meticulous and advanced computer literacy, including proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
