Reporting to the Inventory, Data and Reporting Supervisor, the Business Process Analyst drives process improvements across the business unit. This involves providing business analytics, data collation, recommendations, and process enhancements. The focus is on identifying improvement opportunities through gap analysis and conducting thorough analysis to design, develop, and implement business processes and associated system application solutions that support Sales Execution's goals and objectives.

 

Key responsibilities include driving the velocity, flexibility, and accuracy of Sales Support processes by analysing processes and researching best practices in collaboration with Information Technology (IT) to deliver system improvements that meet business needs. The role also involves providing analytical expertise by analysing data and generating reports to improve the Sales Support team's end-to-end processes, including quoting, contract review, invoicing, and machine ordering.

 

The role is also responsible for managing Sales Execution's Data Strategy to ensure data quality is well-maintained and accurate. This includes supplying data to the business meaningfully and logically to support proactive business decision-making.

 

 

Location: South Guildford, WA

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8 hours / hour days

 

 

To be successful the following is required:

 

  • Experience in a similar-sized enterprise, with a strong background in business analytics, process improvement, and project management.
  • Coding experience in SQL, Python, or similar languages.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform products, such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query.
  • Customer service skills combined with strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Skilled in planning and organisation, adept at managing time and adjusting to fluctuating workloads and priorities.

 

Desirable:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
