Business Analyst - Sales
Guildford PDC, WA, AU
Reporting into the Aftermarket Manager, the Business Analyst will join our RI Division on a full‑time basis at our Guildford Branch. This role involves delivering analytics, insights, and process improvements that support sales growth initiatives, lead generation, customer loyalty integration, and strategic defend & grow projects.
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- Analyse aftermarket, sales, and customer datasets to uncover growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports, offering data‑driven recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
- Support product, sales, and aftermarket teams with business case development, campaign analysis, and loyalty program reporting.
- Improve visibility of mining product performance by building reporting tools, tracking fleet metrics, and maintaining issue‑resolution data.
- Assist with NPI, continuous improvement, and product management activities including pricing updates, tender information, and competitor analysis.
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis, Data Science, Commerce or Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar large‑scale enterprise, with exposure to delegating, coaching, supporting and directing others.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in business process mapping (VSM, workflow creation) and project economics, including cost/benefit and pattern analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to interpret complex datasets, build trust in data accuracy, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated capability in cross‑functional collaboration, influencing decision‑making, and supporting leaders with situational insight and analysis.
