Reporting to the Group Business Manager Customer Service Centre (CSC), the Business Analyst provides business data, analytics, insight and recommendations as well as process improvement maps across all facets of the business unit.

 

The role requires the analyst to provide support and strategies to enable stakeholders to understand and make key decisions to achieve company targets and other important KPI objectives. Utilising data and other system resources, the analyst is expected to identify opportunities and trends and to provide modelling and tools to assist in the success and growth of the business.

 

In addition, the analyst shall conduct reporting internally and externally with absolute accuracy and will be involved or lead major projects that maximises business performance and optimize business operations.

 

Location: South Guildford WA

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5hrs/day – Full Time Permanent

 

To be successful the following is required: 

 

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform products, such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query.
  • Experience in a medium to large enterprise, with a strong background in business analytics, process improvement, and project management.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • A Customer Service approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Skilled in planning and organisation, adept at managing time and adjusting to fluctuating workloads and priorities.

 

 

Desirable:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
