Asset Management Analyst

Reporting to the Asset Management Supervisor, the Asset Management Analyst will join our Sales and Operations Division on a permanent basis at our South Guildford Parts Distribution Centre. The focus of this position is to be the driving force behind maintenance excellence, using data-driven asset management and contract optimisation to improve equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and cost performance. Working across operational and planning teams, you'll deliver best-practice solutions that maximise asset value and business performance for our primary contract.
Department Overview: The Asset Management Team support major contracts in WA and manage the CMMS system ‘AMT’ for equipment maintenance, pricing, planning, forecasting and reporting. The team supports initiatives to drive customer value and process governance, with high exposure to cross functionality disciplines and teams with extensive product experience
Roster – 5 Days, 8.5 Hrs/Day
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain asset management dashboards, KPIs and reports that provide insights into asset performance, reliability and contract outcomes.
- Analyse maintenance and contract data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, supporting data-driven decision making.
- Partner with operational, finance and planning teams to monitor asset performance and align reporting with business objectives.
- Maintain data integrity across asset management systems, ensuring accurate, reliable and meaningful reporting.
- Apply asset management best practices and performance analytics to optimise maintenance strategies and maximise asset value.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of asset management principles, lifecycle management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with CMMS/EAM systems (AMT Highly regarded) and large datasets, with a focus on data integrity, governance and reporting accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience analysing asset, maintenance or operational data to identify trends, improve performance and support business decision-making.
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs and performance reports using business intelligence and data visualisation tools.
