Asset Management Analyst

Reporting into Asset Management Supervisor, the Asset Management Analyst will join our team on a Full-Time basis at our South Guildford Branch. This role involves analysing and optimising maintenance costs for contracts, including MPAs. Collaborate with operations and planning teams to align strategies in Computerised Maintenance Management System. Act as the main contact for asset management queries and use data-driven insights to deliver best-practice maintenance solutions.
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- Apply maintenance contract and asset management principles to deliver solutions that meet customer value requirements.
- Participate in customer meetings and present asset maintenance and strategy solutions when required.
- Serve as a point of reference for asset maintenance queries throughout the maintenance agreement term.
- Collaborate with Contract Finance teams to monitor financial performance, including rise and fall implementation and trend analysis.
- Maintain ownership of Caterpillar maintenance partnering agreements, ensuring compliance with documentation and agreement conditions.
- Implement and communicate contract asset and strategy variations effectively.
- Assist with helpdesk actions to ensure timely resolution and provide feedback to users.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in analysing mining and construction equipment maintenance.
- Proven experience and examples of implementing meaningful change
- Experience in contract maintenance and asset management systems. AMT is highly favourable.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
- Intermediate computer literacy skills - MS Office, internet based applications.
- A high attention to detail and figures.
